Selected bone shapes are brought into a new geometric order through fragmentation. This interplay of height and depth creates a new form that is supported by the subsequent colouring. The original material of the animal bones is no longer recognisable and is absorbed into the new shapes and colours of the arrangement. This process is the transformation from bone to jewellery form, from transience to new purpose.
